What a released report is

In a live deployment the laboratory’s wet-lab measurement is read by the interpretation layer and returned under the partner brand. Every interpretation is traced to a curated reference set (150,000 curated references on the public site) and is reviewed and signed off by a qualified human before release.

This file shows the sections a laboratory buyer reviews in scoping: brand, specimen identity, layers, sign-off, and delivery. Finding text is intentionally absent so the sample cannot be mistaken for a clinical conclusion.

Sign-off

Qualified human sign-off Name, role, and timestamp are completed on a released report. This sample leaves the block empty on purpose.

How it reaches the LIMS

When a report is ready, delivery is a webhook into the laboratory’s LIMS, alongside the REST API described on the public API page. An example payload ships with this packet: lims-report-ready.example.json
